If looking for a property on the ground isn’t challenging enough, my circumstances have demanded that I secure a rental in Sydney from overseas. I had been ringing a number of agents & trying to work through the situation but with not much luck.
I bumped on a property & rang the number there which was answered by the receptionist who connected me with the rental agent in a matter of 10 min and the agency didn’t mind ringing me overseas which I truly appreciate. Ringing the agent, organising a view, getting approval from the landlord, keeping me informed all along the way, repeated video calls to show the property, completing the paper signing & sorting the final steps were all done in a day. I simply can’t put my feeling to words. Sorting accomodation while being overseas was the only thing that I had put dow as a “must or cancel the move” & this agency made this happen in a day. I am very thankful to the agent in question, Nathania Teoh.
