Found Professionals Hills North West on Google Maps and the amount of 5 stars review had caught my attention.
We are fortunate enough to meet Nathania and her team to lease out our property at Rouse Hill. Nathania is very dedicated, efficient, prompt response to the email/sms and lovely to chat with. With her help, we were able to get our property leased right after one week (one open home) with the market price.

Natt who handles our property is a young, lovely, very professional agent. At the initial consultation before deciding which agent to pick (I had 4 different agents that I spoke to), I had second thoughts when I first saw her, very young indeed. BUT once she started explaining things and how it works, she was very precise, direct and did not provide unnecessary adhoc things/explanation that some agents does which made it easier for me to absorb the important part of the process.
Dealing with Natt, I always get a response immediately, she always makes sure that our property is taken care off. She provides insight of things that we may have to look into at the current situation and in looking into future.

We recently dealt with Nat and she is so fabulous to deal with. Everything was so easy and she explained everything so clearly and no question was too silly!!!
We unfortunately were in isolation due to Covid and Nat even dropped the keys to our letterbox for us.
So professional and friendly also. Would 100% go through Nat again.
