Absolutely Professional!
Bruce is a great agent whom we happened to meet while buying our home in Box Hill. He made the journey a lot easier than we expected, from the inspection to securing the property. He has good knowledge about the location and the property, and he answered all our questions. This helped us make informed decisions, which is always important when making the critical decision of buying a property.
He was transparent about the vendor’s expectations from the beginning, and after we secured the property, he made sure to get the answers from the vendor on time. He explained the process quite well.
Bruce and his team are absolutely professional, and we consider ourselves lucky that they were the listing agent for our property.
